It is under this topic that we will present to your family the work of different
artists. On the cultural menu, a narrative molecular gastronomy presentation by our gourmet chef
and a long list of short stories written by theater directors and writers of the National Theater
School.
For those who want to catch their breath before returning to the maelstrom
of Nuit Blanche, we offer quieter areas. Sit under thick blankets on our
winter terrace, a heated soup, apple cider or coffee in hand. Or, enjoy a
soundscape based on anecdotes that have colored Santropol and Area
since it’s begining, comfortably seated inside the restaurant.
Creations of promising artists will decorate our lively evening. All activities
are free of course. No reservation required; first come, first served.
